• + Very cosy, I could make my coffee, nice view, I could open windows and enjoy looking at the rain

• – 4th floor is difficult to reach through the small staircase with bigger suitcases, we had amouse in the room, croissants at breakfast were rock hard, just like the mattresses, no ventilation in the bathroom so that firealarm went off when the steam of the bathroom came out, shower was either ice cold or boiling hot close to impossible to find a temperature in between.

Yuck...dirty and gross

• – Room was disgusting. Sheets not clean, pillow cases not use-able...disgustingly unclean. Room was tiny, not worth the price. Do not stay here!

The hotel has an excellent location, rich breakfast, and friendly pers

• – The last night at this hotel, There was a mouse , nearby me... !!! I was ley down, at my bed, without any clothes, and watching TV... suddenly, "A MOUSE" came out, to me, close by, my pillow, 5 Cm close to me, It was, total shock and surprise(bad one) and total dissapointed... I complinted to the, hotel staff( It was 10:00 pm) and asked to relocated to another room or Hotel... The Hotel staff, said, there was nothing... Tomorrow, Morning, they refounded me, only my last night, since, I was there for 5 night... The Mouse was in my suitcase, since, it was half open, and has eaten and damaged, my Potato chips, chockelet, and my mother dreeses... I was outside until, 2:00 am, since, i didn't eant to go back to my room...I didn't sleep at all, and scared and pchyological affect on me... !!! :-(((

Excellent location

Nice hotel in a great location.

• + Clean and nice rooms. Friendly reception. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good location next to the park.
• – A nice and basic hotel, but price is high to what it offers IMHO.

• + The room was fine and the bathroom was well cleaned. I'm sure that in the future I will visit the hotel again

Great cultural and nightlife access

• + Location fantastic. Acceptable comfort and decent breakfast.
• – Front desk almost never picked up the phone. Frustrating.

• + good location, near to city center and possible to walk there in 20 minutes
• – very small rooms and bathroom, uncomfortable beds, no parking in the hotel, but possible to park in street near for 4eur/hour... We ordered room for 4 persons, actually it was small room for 3 persons with additional bed, as result all space in the room were consisting of beds...

Ideal place to walk from and see all of Amsterdam.

• + We were allowed to check in early, were upgraded! Staff great. room nice size, great view, very clean rooms. Breakfast more than we dreamed. Great location for walking tours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

• – We had water dripping into our showere from the one above and then had a mouse invade our room. The only compensation for these was two snickers bars! What a deal

Great location, decent price, clean room, uncomfortable beds.

• + The location of this hotel is fabulous in relation to the Museumplein and Leidseplein.
• – The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The beds were the only downfall, everything else was wonderful.

should consider, not the first choice though

• + Good location if you prefer to be closer to the Vondel Park rather than the Red Light Dist. Stayed in small double room. We were a couple travelling light, so there was no big deal room area wise, which is common in previous remarks. Vey close to the museums.
• – THE HOTEL DOOR DID NOT OPEN, which as usual is autosliding. People inside could not get out either. After 5 long minutes of waiting on the street with 6-8 other stayers the hotel receptionist showed up with a grin on his face and "voila" sliding doors open by means of pushing a secret button under the counter. The rest is fine with the hotel.

Bog standard but good location

• + Location good. Close to trams and lovely Vondel park.
• – Bog standard, a bit tatty, room my wife and I we were in on 1st floor miniscule, less than standard width uncomfortable beds, no reception area for sitting/relaxing, breakfast very ordinary

Cheap and nice hotel

• + Cheap. Near tram. Near Vondelpark and V. Gogh-, Rijksmuseums.

Bonne adresse

• + Super localisation Hotel correct et service agréable, demande de changement de chambre sans problème. Calme, dans une impasse qui donne sur le VondelPark
• – Rien a redire, a 75 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner c'est une très bonne adresse

Better look for another option

• + The breakfeast
• – expensive, lousy matrasses The add in the net is incorrect, since it mentions free parking in the nearby streets - I wouldn' refer to 4 Euros per hour as free parking
