- false advertising regarding having internet access; they do not have wireless and staff said they never have and their computer has been broken for months; filthy floors in room and sewer smell in hall; bed was never rotated so it was worn down with common sleeping habits

- Mejorable

- The room was so narrow I could touch the walls on either side with my arms outstretched, and I'm 5'8"! A single bunk bed ran along its length. You will have the opportunity to contemplate what it would be like to be in a prison cell here.
For onde, the bedding DID NOT stink of other peoples cigarettes & body odour, a great rarity among Amsterdam hotels of all classes. Fantastic!

- Excellent location, nice people, good breakfast, excellent shower, deep closet where all kind of clothes would fit in, 12 racks (which are difficult to find in a low cost room).
All these pros compensated by far the minus points.
- I hav never seen a smaller room in my life, especially that it had a bunkbed, what means that maybe the room would be offered for two people. Width of the room- 1,65m !!!! The access to the TV was not easy, either.

- The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Cleanliness was excellent. The location is great, near the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseums, just a few meters from tram lines and an Albert Heijn grocery. There is also convenient and inexpensive bus service to Schipol.
- A very small room. I have stayed in larger rooms for the same price at other hotels in Amsterdam and other European cities. Still that was a minor inconvenience. There was an upper bunk folded against the wall. Two people in that room would have been a challenge, as in taking turns breathing.

- Very friendly helpful staff, warm clean room (although very small), good location close to museums and transport.
- I did ask for a non-smoking room but was given a room on a smoking floor. I thought the shower was a little uncomfortable, not enough water pressure, and the internet access available much too expensive. There were also renovations still underway.

Ontbijt was redelijk goed.
