Good price quality ratio
  • + Bathroom was really nicely renovated, loved the shower, design of room was nice - especially the floor and curtains, breakfast had a nice variety
  • I prefer to have a double bed rather than 2 beds pushed together

Silent and comfortable stay
  • + The location was central, but not in the middle of the city and traffic. The building and rooms were in good condition. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast room was not crowded.
  • One pays a lot for a dog and a car parked in the garage. Breakfast is also expensive. Because of all these extras the bill gets doubled.
  • * my tip A room on the upper floors.

Nice and comfort hotel to stay in the Business District Area.
  • + Clean and nice modern building, comfort room with nice bathroom for the standart room. Friendly staff especially the Reception good service that i could store my bags before checking in and after checking out. Friendly and helpful room attendant lady (from Suriname). Location is only one stop with the tram from city center.
  • I had sent some questions when i made the reservation, but none of that being answered. No swimming pool. During breakfast time the waitress took my cutleries while i was not done yet with my breakfast (my son was sitting there too ,if that was the standart service they should prepare some extras close to the tables (cutleries stand).
  • * my tip Very recommended based on my own experience. Room, breakfast and location are great.

  • Really slow wi-fi, usually pricy

Very dissatified guest
  • A very noisy and drunken group of youngsters was accomodated on my floor/corridor . They started their parties around midnight and went on until 3 a.m. in the morning. needless to say that I have not been able to sleep at all. There is no shower in the bathroom. So I had to climb in the bathtub to get a shower. The bathtub was very high, had no supports and was slippery, so unsuitable for shower. Really very dangerous! I asked for a special mat to prevent slipping, but this was not available.
  • * my tip I would not recommend this hotel. Maybe only suitable for youngsters, who love nightparties.

Clean, affordable but inconveniently located
  • + Very clean and large room
  • There is just nothing around there, no place to eat or go in the evening. The restaurant service is just awful, they seem not to know what to do.
  • * my tip Don't eat in the restaurant, even though it's the only place for miles around.

  • + Great view over the Hague. Good comfort and service.
  • Food on menu not always there. Soup off. Door in bathroom does not keep out bathroom noise. Milk glass wall to bathroom great for couples, not for friends. Noisy chambermaid despite do not disturb sign.

Excellent location, great price, top level customer service
  • + The hotel is centred very close to Den Haag Central. So there is no problem in terms of location. What is great is the willingness of the staff to be helpful. Among all the hotels I have been to, this so far has been the best. A very luxurious priced at quite a reasonably cheap price.

Real value for a weekend break
  • + Excellent value for a weekend trip. Easy to reach city centre. Hotel was clean and comfotable. Breakfast was very good. Bar was pretty good, if a little pricey. The free minibar was a nice touch.
  • Given the weekend rate, there are no real minus points other than only having single beds!

Nice and friendly but not perfect
  • + The ladies at the reception (during the day) were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and public transport was convenient.
  • The guy who did the check in at around 11pm was very unorganised, not very well informed and not particularly nice.

Modern and efficient
  • + Modern, large parking garage available, silent rooms despite the busy location.
  • No one, really.

Excellent except for the breakfast charges
  • + Rooms well maintained, beautiful and modern. Staff helpful with directions, calling taxis, etc.
  • One main problem: It was only at checkout that I was told that the breakfasts were not part of the housing charge, although we had booked the reservations with this understanding. The explanation by the cleark was vague and unconclusive. This resulted in a significant additional daily expense for me, had I known this I certainly would have breakfasted outside the hotel. I remain very dissatisfied with this.

Excellent hotel very reasonably priced with a great location.
  • + Sound proofing of room was excellent. We didnt know anyone else was in the hotel. Pillow service was also appreciated. We really liked the use of space in the bathroom and this has given us some ideas for our own bathroom at home!!!!! The location was excellent from a public transport perspective and as we are from Australia this was a crucial factor for us wih no transport of our own. We would recommend this hotel.
  • None to speak of.

  • (Young couples)
great hotel but a bit isolated
  • + Fantastic weekend deal for what is clearly a business hotel. If you can get a deal which includes buffet breakfast you won't regret it.
  • Not in the centre of the city and not much to see locally if you are on foot. There is a tram line outside the hotel which will take you anywhere or (like us) you can walk into the centre in 15 mins
8.0
  • (Families with older children)
  • + The hotel is opposite to the tram station and one stop away from the central train station.
  • The wall between the room and the bathroom is transparent. It can be very embarassing when you are not travelling with your spouse.

A good stay
  • + Very comfortable beds. Well stocked mini bar and in a good location.
  • Very expensive mini bar. The room we stayed in was a twin as I was sharing with a friend, however there was a see through wall to the bathroom from the bedroom, which could have been quite embarassing!

  • (Travelling alone)
good hotel and clean
  • + location and comfort was perfect just one tram stop from central station
  • when I checked in I asked if I could check out late as my flight was due to take off late. The response was yes before 5pm which was perfect for my schedule on the day instead of the normal 12pm. I was surprise I was charge extra 25 euro and I was not told before which was a bit disappointed not the money but the receptions was not honest from the start. But will still stay there again next time.

Absolutely outstanding service
  • + This was one of the best stays I have had in Den Haag. I have stayed at several hotels in Den Haag but what singles out the NH hotel was the friendliness of its staff whether cleaner or receptionist and their willingness to help. The view from my room was spectacular which only added to the quality of my whole experience. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.
  • The restaurant was a little pricey but nevertheless the food was of very good quality.
