Very dissatified guest
–
A very noisy and drunken group of youngsters was accomodated on my floor/corridor . They started their parties around midnight and went on until 3 a.m. in the morning. needless to say that I have not been able to sleep at all.
There is no shower in the bathroom. So I had to climb in the bathtub to get a shower. The bathtub was very high, had no supports and was slippery, so unsuitable for shower. Really very dangerous! I asked for a special mat to prevent slipping, but this was not available.
*my tipI would not recommend this hotel. Maybe only suitable for youngsters, who love nightparties.

Clean, affordable but inconveniently located
+
Very clean and large room
–
There is just nothing around there, no place to eat or go in the evening. The restaurant service is just awful, they seem not to know what to do.
*my tipDon't eat in the restaurant, even though it's the only place for miles around.

Food on menu not always there. Soup off. Door in bathroom does not keep out bathroom noise. Milk glass wall to bathroom great for couples, not for friends. Noisy chambermaid despite do not disturb sign.

Excellent location, great price, top level customer service
+
The hotel is centred very close to Den Haag Central. So there is no problem in terms of location. What is great is the willingness of the staff to be helpful. Among all the hotels I have been to, this so far has been the best. A very luxurious priced at quite a reasonably cheap price.

Real value for a weekend break
+
Excellent value for a weekend trip. Easy to reach city centre. Hotel was clean and comfotable. Breakfast was very good. Bar was pretty good, if a little pricey. The free minibar was a nice touch.
–
Given the weekend rate, there are no real minus points other than only having single beds!

Excellent except for the breakfast charges
+
Rooms well maintained, beautiful and modern. Staff helpful with directions, calling taxis, etc.
–
One main problem: It was only at checkout that I was told that the breakfasts were not part of the housing charge, although we had booked the reservations with this understanding. The explanation by the cleark was vague and unconclusive. This resulted in a significant additional daily expense for me, had I known this I certainly would have breakfasted outside the hotel. I remain very dissatisfied with this.

Excellent hotel very reasonably priced with a great location.
+
Sound proofing of room was excellent. We didnt know anyone else was in the hotel. Pillow service was also appreciated. We really liked the use of space in the bathroom and this has given us some ideas for our own bathroom at home!!!!!
The location was excellent from a public transport perspective and as we are from Australia this was a crucial factor for us wih no transport of our own. We would recommend this hotel.
–
None to speak of.
