The Eden Crown Hotel lies in the heart of Eindhoven, and has the beautiful centre and the train station nearby. The city centre is characterized by its modern architecture and high buildings. Also, the city is rich in history and has a number of museums, theatres, and music venues.

Eindhoven is to a large extent known for the Philips headquarters, but also for the first ever lightbulb factory, which nowadays has a museum attached to it. Visitors can admire the modern architecture of the 'Vesteda Toren' and the 'Admirant', two residential towers in the city centre. Both of them give a modern touch to the historic city centre. The uniquely shaped technology museum 'Evoluon' is also worth a visit. Eindhoven has a number of impressive museums, among which the 'Van Abbemuseum' of moderne art. A lovely walk can take you from the centre to the 'stadswandelpark' and the 'Genneper parken'. Just outside of Eindhoven lies the beautiful 1.500 hectare nature area 'De Strabrechtse heide'.

The Eden Crown Hotel Eindhoven has rooms that are equipped with, among other things, air conditioning, a telephone, Internet connection, television, safe, desk, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The executive suites have a separate sitting and sleeping area, as well as a Jacuzzi for two persons. Would definitely stay at the Eden City Hotel Eindhoven again

Excellent location a short walk for the railway station and the city centre shops. The welcome was very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms although perhaps a little on the small side, were perfectly adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.

Hotel report.

Right in the City very good for visiting shops,bars and restaurants.

Internet access in the room should be part of the price. Lack of toiletries apart from a soap dispenser was not good. Curtains too narrow so light came flooding in at dawn.

Convenient location but......

Location is convenient to the train station.

The hotel has no common area for meeting people. The thermostat in the room was unreliable, turning on the AC at times and not working at other times. Also the bed had seen better days! Even though breakfast was included in the room price, the staff tried repeatedly to have me pay again.

the hotel is very well located,convenient for using as a base. service is good and staff is friendly.

The hotel was being refurbished, this entailed that breakfast was being served in the basement. In itself not a problem but breakfast itself was more limited than I had at previous visits. No wholemeal bread and no salmon was served, which made the meal more standard than special.

Comfortable, convenient hotel

We were in Eindhoven for a specific purpose, and for this, the hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the station as well as within walking distance of our destination for the day. The room size was more than adequate and had all facilities required.

good value for money , 159 euro for 2 nights incl. breakfast. excellent location. nice staff.

windows cant open, cleaning could be a bit better , we found an old sock under the bed. beds were rather small. decor is non descript. no coffee tea making facilities, we requested a kettle, which was delivered quickly but no tea or coffee provided, had to go to supermarket to buy coffee milk and sugar.

Small Closet to hang up suits and shirts. Parking is complicated when you arrive by car and want to check in. I'd provide driving direction for the parking lot on the website and allow customers to park and than check in. Far walk with heavy luggage.

Close to town

Stayed in a suite, high price , very bland, No heating, after complaining there was a repair and the heat would not turn off. No other rooms to move to so had to have cold showers to cool off. Poor food NEVER again, I checked out early next morning, not even an offer of apology was told I would be contacted and still waiting.. PATHETIC and over priced. DONT BOOK HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

Excellent business hotel, friendly reception staff.

What service? This and similar hotels only employ front desk staff and the minimum required to clean and staff the restaurant. It is surprising that there is not a LAN connection for laptops in the room - there should be one, and it should be included in the price. That alone would ensure that business travellers would come back.

Comfortable clean rooms, plenty of towels, great location, reasonable price.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the reception and wafted into my room in the evenings. Very loud people next door to me on the Saturday night, lots of shouting and door banging, didn't hear the staff intervening to quiet them. Bit concerning as a single women alone next door.
