Nice and comfortable family accommodation in the midst of Harlingen

It's a lovely, very central and quiet location, in the midst of Harlingen. Very well preserved and functionally converted period warehouse. Very comfortable accommodation, two level split apartment - way above a standard hotel room! Great to have a separate living room cum kitchen in addition to bedrooms! Nice breakfast included also - a very nice mixture between holiday apartment and hotel!

The furnishings are partially a little bit dated, but nonetheless clean. Bathroom had some broken light fittings. On Saturday night it was very noisy due to an open air disco in town, audible just about everywhere - but that's not the accommodation's fault!

Clean, friendly hotel located in the the centre of town. The outside seating area in the early evening sunshine was very pleasant and the bar - complete with roaring fire, high ceilings and masses of books - had plenty of character.

The food in the hotel was excellent quality and reasonably priced (about 25 Euros for three courses) but was let down by very slow and inattentive service.

Great stay at Sneek

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a magnificent meal in the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The car park was full and we had to park out of town and walk in, I didn't realise that we probably should have made a booking for the car when we booked the room but it was very close and not a big problem.

There was an overwhelming feel of 'end of season' with everything shutting down. Wouldn't like to have the same bedroom (1) should the outdoor cafe be in use. The room was pleasant, but in need of some renovation. Definitely not made for today's business professionals with regard to lighting. TV also too small.

Excellent place to stay in the north of the Netherlands but....ern

Pleasant location, quite and lot of things to do in the area. Very nice and friendly staff.

Although known that rooms are only availlabe from 2.00pm we arrived a bit earlier and despite 3 rooms booked there was not even a welcome drink or other offer made to us. First night was perfect but second night a lot of musquitos kept us awake. Some special light /trap devices or at least spray after cleaning may help to cure the problem easily and provides that comfort guest loves at such nice location. Simple but needs to be done routinely.

Only 10 minutes by train from Leeuwarden Centraal, this hotel is located in a relatively quiet town east of Leeuwarden. Much more value for money, spacey and comfortable rooms. Often have rooms available when the usual downtown pigsties are fully booked. Good restaurant, free parking and even free newspaper (dutch).

No mosquito net, although the double curtains help keeping them out most of the time that's no comfort when they're already inside...

Top verzorgt hotel, vriendelijk personeel.

We hadden het voorrecht om als eerste gasten in het hotel te verblijven en dat midden in het mooie plaatsje Hollum. Super vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Kamer en badkamer waren, evenals het bed uitstekend. De living was met een haard erg huiselijk ingericht. Er waren ook volop boeken en diverse spellen. Onder het genot van gratis koffie en thee of een drankje uit de mini bar was het prettig op de bank voor een groot flatsreen TV te luieren. 's Avonds kun direct om de hoek van de straat heerlijk uit eten bij pizzeria il Vulcano, nergens lekkerder pizza gegeten. Top verblijf en locatie om een heerlijke (korte) vakantie of een weekend uit te vieren. Ook is het hotel zeer geschikt voor groepen tot ongeveer 20 personen.

Hier hebben we zeer lang over nagedacht en hebben er geen kunnen vinden.

Hotel Ie-Sicht Oudega lies adjacent to the stretched nature reserve Âlde Feanen, on the banks of the river Ee and only a 15-minute drive away from Drachten. Because of the unique location on the waterfront, this is a good accommodation to explore the natural surroundings for a few days.

Wat een prachtige plek en een fantastische rust. Het ontbijt was erg goed en geen moeite was teveel. Uitstekende service.

Op de kamer was het niet gemakkelijk warm te krijgen en in de nacht hebben we de heater uit moeten zetten, omdat deze hinderlijk veel keren aansloeg om de kamer op temperatuur te houden. Aanvankelijk hield dit aanslaan ons uit de slaap en hebben we de heater maar uitgezet. Wij prefereren gewoon een c.v.
