It was a nice, clean hotel. We would consider coming back.

I was disappointed, given that we purposely sought one of the best rooms, that we did not even get free coffee, let alone breakfast - given that the room was quite expensive. Also, the pillows were very stiff. You might want to consider the Hilton's "pillow menu" option to allow guests to request pillow choices. I had a stiff neck for two days. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

A nice, modern hotel for the solo business traveller.

This hotel is full of innovative technology, and it is quite easy to use. There are not many instructions, and the few around are brief, but generally, if you just pause for a moment, it is easy to figure out what to do. The room is comfortable, and individually climate controlled.

The batteries on the remote control don't last very long (< 2 hr). Sometimes, switching channels on the TV takes a long time.

A five minute walk from the Red Bus (300) from Schiphol -- easy if you don't drive. And that stop also takes you into Haarlem City Centre (must go).

Beds uncomfortable, LOTS of noise all night (VERY thin ceilings and walls). More importantly, charged 10 Euros per night more than quoted, even though desk clerk had the lower rate on a paper in front of him (he said it was a 5 euro foreign tourist tax, which was not listed on my reservation or his sheet, and the other 5 he just had to charge me unless he could email his manager, and did I want to sit in the lobby and wait for the reply? With no other hotel to go to at 6 pm, I paid).

Amazing discount for out of season visit. Very modern and stylish hotel, clean and comfortable. Free swimming pool and gym. Tram stop 5 minutes walk away with direct links to centre (5 minute ride). Great shower. Free refridgerated tray. Right next to motorway so easy to drive to.

Out of centre - probably a 15-20 minute walk from Leidseplein but too cold to walk in February! Sauna was 7.50 per person. No music channel on TV. Parking for hotel cost around 20 euros per 24 hour period.

It is a good hotel for business trip and meetings.

The hotel offer free internet but it is not true, because they not allowed to me to download my e-mail using outlook in my laptop. As a route hotel they have to include the parking in the rate because this is not a centric hotel. They not allowed to me to use my cardphone from the hotel.

Imperfect but cheap

The receptionists were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It was a cheaper choice among the other hotels including breakfast; this is the only and main plus of the hotel.

The cleaning was terrible; dusty. There was hair even in the clean towels (clearly not my spouse's or mine). The cleaning lady's concept of housekeeping should definetely needs to be defined again. Although we raised this to the frront desk manager, there was no improvement. The breakfast was the same for all 7 mornings and unfortunately 3 out of 4 meat options consist of pork. The service staff in the restaurant were rude. Finally, although it is stated as 4 starts hotel, it is 3 stars in the hotel's own documents! Guess the reason.
