Very clean room and nice breakfast and good location.

Lumpy beds, needs a bit of a face lift as looks abit like a motel. Price was different to what I thought as had to pay for breakfast for my daughter who was 13, not sure if this is correct?

Very nice and helpful reception and waiters!!!

Meat at dinner (kogelbeefstuk and varkenshaas) was not very good. Too long cooked and therefore very "taai". Missed normal yoghurt at breakfast.

Great location for rail service, helpful front desk

Location is great and the front desk is very helpful.

Soap was replaced every day even if we had not used it all. Lights in the room need rewiring. Bed side light on right side of bed as you face it was controlled by the switch on the other side of the bed. Very annoying when one wants to read at night.

Nice, well fit out hotel in a great location

Great location, close to the station and only a short walk to town. The room was nice and neat - well fit out, as was the bathroom. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

The sensor on the bathroom light could be a bit annoying if someone got up in the middle of the night, especially the delay in turning off. Once staff member was a bit surly but that seemed to be out of character with the Dutch people who in general I found to be quite friendly.

On our first visit (9 to 11 January) the service was excellent. The young woman who seemed to be in charge was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We were so impressed that we made a reservation for the period 22 to 26 January (we were returning from holiday in the Netherlands Antilles via Holland).

On our second trip our experience was much poorer, due mainly to the fact that the original manageress had moved to another town. When we arrived after a 10 hour flight our reservation could not be found. We were eventually given a room but it was a smoking room and smelled disgusting (we had reserved a non-smoking room).

A nice hotel some distance from the centre.

Lovely staff. Nice atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area. Easy access for our disabled son. Great bus service in to town nearby.

Beginning to look a little tired in places. Would benefit from an external refurbishment. Some areas in the rooms also could do with refinishing ie. bathroom. Distance from city means transport is necessary.
