THe restaurant service was appalling. I had to get the shuttle into the airport in order to get something to eat in the evening. When I returned it took half and hour to get served for a drink. You have a problem in this area and I was not the only guest unhappy with this service. How poor is it when you have to leave the hotel and go to the airport in order to get something to eat.

(-) My room was so far away - the corridor seemed endless.
(-) My flight from Madrid arrived at 11PM and so I wasn't able to book the bus trip to the city. It would have been helpful if the staff had given me other options to get to the city as I wanted to go on the canal cruise. I ended up taking the free shuttle to the airport then taking the train to the city. But this was recommended by another guest not the staff.
