Poor signal for the wireless internet. There was a cable in the room but there are no connectors on mobile devices, notebooks, iPad etc.
The bathroom could also have been cleaner. The hose on my shower in room 112 was broken/loose so that water leaked under the showehead when in use.

THe restaurant service was appalling. I had to get the shuttle into the airport in order to get something to eat in the evening. When I returned it took half and hour to get served for a drink. You have a problem in this area and I was not the only guest unhappy with this service. How poor is it when you have to leave the hotel and go to the airport in order to get something to eat.

(-) My room was so far away - the corridor seemed endless.
(-) My flight from Madrid arrived at 11PM and so I wasn't able to book the bus trip to the city. It would have been helpful if the staff had given me other options to get to the city as I wanted to go on the canal cruise. I ended up taking the free shuttle to the airport then taking the train to the city. But this was recommended by another guest not the staff.

The restaurant for dinner and the corresponding bar food was extremly disappointing. The bar food was cold and almost inedible. The restaurant menu was very limited and way too "complicated" and was most definity not value for money. would not recommend eating in either. Have spent time in hotels in various parts of the world and the food would ave ranked as one of the worst. Otherwise the hotel was excellent

Was asked upon arrival if we wished our room straight away as we were 3 hours early we said yes and thanked them , we paid what was to be paid and then on departure we were hit for 54 euros for getting room early , I'm disgusted as we weren't told about this charge , plus why wasn't it taken at same time as other money
