Anonymous Maastricht weekend: 18 July 2011; 7.2; + The hotel was easy to locate, it has covered parking. Our requests re quite room were met. Staff were friendly and helpful.; - Arrival was very hecktic, difficulty parking to check in , some one was parked in the no parking zone so that made it difficult, however the staff did their best to help with this problem. Maybe something could be done to improve access to the temporary parking area. Air conditioner was very noisy.

NO monetary deals for staying more than 2 nights ( I stayed 4)

NG Good value: 22 November 2010; 8.0; + Very friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant. Very accessible by public transport from the main station.; - Have to pay to use the gym which is expensive per use. Service in the restaurant was very slow even though it was almost empty. Room was icy cold and the heating could not be turned up.

Sanne Maarschalkerweerd Dirty bathroom and unprofessional service: 23 August 2010; 5.2; + Location; - Bathroom was not clean (a used towel from previous guests was left hanging on the door, there were a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor), at the reception I had to fill in all my personal data in again (which I already filled in during the online booking process) and they were not aware that I specifically requested a non smoking room in the booking. When we told the reception about the dirty bathroom they only said 'thank you for telling us this' and not something like 'we apologize'.

Varied breakfast Friendly staff; - Room has tea and coffee, but no stirrers. Key cards are invalidated at 12:00 on the day of departure. Staff let us in the room without further questions. Standard rooms do not have a safe.

Arthur Gubbels: 18 September 2006; 8.0; + Close to MECC. Clean and well kept with friendly staff.; - Have to pay extra for internet. Have to pay extra for fitness room. I have never been to a hotel where they make you pay for the fitness room! Breakfast is very expensive, even for Europe. Collegues stayed at another hotel 10min walk away, facilities similar, room cost was 40 Euros cheaper and breakfast was 11 instead of 16. They got into the fitness room for free!

Kostas Moissis Goed hotel, alles is makkelijk te bereiken met de bus en goede service: 21 November 2011; 9.0; + Parkeergelegenheid, prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Roomservice erg goed. Ontbijt erg goed. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk.; - hetgeen dat we iets minder vonden is dat we een kamer hadden geboekt en er vanuit gingen dat we 1 2-pers bed hadden. Tot onze verbazing waren het 2 aparte bedden aan elkaar geschoven. Nou ben ik niet de moeilijkste en heb er wel op geslapen maar gingen er vanuit dat we 1 bed zouden krijgen.

Met name het gemis aan gecondiotioneerde luchtbehandeling en de komst 's avonds in een warme kamer , raam moeten openen waardoor omgevingslawaai + goede gordijnen dempen werking frisse lucht. Hierdoor slecht geslapen.
