Hostel Stayokay, open since April 2009, is located in the bustling city of Maastricht. This first budget hostel of the city is very accessible for each guest. Stayokay has an attractive brasserie and a cozy bar Bite & Drink. From the hostel you can easily walk over to the O.L.V. Square.

Stayokay Hostel is well positioned on the banks of the river Meuse, in the heart of Maastricht. Within walking distance are the sqaure Onze Lieve Vrouwe (Our Blessed Lady) with its beautiful basilica. In the historic city there are many charming streets with beautiful buildings and small exclusive shops. Even in the hostel you will find history. In the middle of the building grows a three hundred year-old beech, which sticks out through the roof.

Stayokay has a sleek and trendy interior, with a refreshing and friendly character. The hostel has an attractive brasserie, a bar, a restaurant and a lovely lounge area, where you can relax after an active day. There are extensive conference facilities as well, so Hostel Stayokay is suitable for tourist as well as business guests. To discover the beautiful surroundings of Maastricht, you can make use of the rental bikes of the hostel.

The hostel has 38 rooms, including four-, five-and six-person rooms. The rooms are basic, but furnished tastefully and trendy with bunk beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. A sheets package is included in the room price, towels are for rent at the reception.

Food and Drinks

Breakfast is served every morning from 07:00 to 09:30 h. The convivial brasserie and bar Bite & Drink are open from noon to midnight. In winter, Bar&Drink is open from 17:00 h. to midnight. Weather permitting, you can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace by the water.

Internet

In the hotel guests can use wireless Internet at an additional charge. There is also a computer available in the lobby.

- The hostel has a 24 hour reception.
- An additional bed for guests older than 12 can be placed in the room on request at a charge of €15 p.p.p.n.

Surroundings

Maastricht is a historic city with many beautiful buildings, but it is also suitable for shop-a-holics. There are many shops, ranging from exclusive boutiques to large department stores. Outside of Maastricht, you can discover the Limburg hills from the various hiking and cycling tracks. Towns such as Valkenburg and Aachen (Germany) are also worth a visit.

Ga zo door !

Perfekte zaak , alles lekker schoon en ruim. Geen benauwde muffe hokjes zoals in zoveel hotels. Ontbijt is incl. en je kunt ook nog makkelijk parkeren wat elders in Maastricht een groot probleem is. Wij komen terug !

Er was een Salsa avond, hele leuke aanvulling op het verblijf.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor de stad Maastricht.

Wij hadden en kamer voor 2 personen geboekt en kregen een kamer voor 6 personen. Ontbijt is prima. Ligging uitstekend en dichtbij het centrum. Mogelijkheid van dichtbij en goedkoop parkeren. parkeergelegenheid.

De prijs van het hotel verwacht ik niet van een stay-oke. Ik had het goedkoper verwacht voor een basic hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl ich dachte das es eher für junge leute ist, muss ich sagen das es absolut für Familien und ältere Leute sehr geeignet ist. Wir waren sehr überrascht und sehr zufrieden!

Hotel is prima gelegen omdat het vlak naast het centrum ligt. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Kamer was niet proper: allerlei rommel onder de bedden. Terras van het hotel kan ook een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken.

Mijn eerste ervaring met Stayokay en het was ok.

Zeer fraaie ligging, ruime kamer met rust. Geen lawaai in hotel.

Hinderlijk afgestelde automatische verlichting in het halletje. Zelfs geen plastic bekertje op de kamer! Bij het ontbijt graag harde broodjes en of broodrooster, een eitje zou ook lekker zijn.

Hostel met perfecte ligging, behoorlijk bed, maar geen comfort.

Perfecte ligging Ontbijt prima

Mindervalide kamer geen douchestoel, maar gewone stoel zonder armleuningen. Geen planchet of enige andere afzetruimte voor je toiletspullen. Douche was niet schoon. Geen spiegel in kamer. Mensen liepen voortdurend voor je kamer langs, hierdoor geen privacy. Mogelijk op te lossen met glasgordijnen op de begane grond kamers. Geen handdoeken, moet je huren, kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt, bed moet je zelf opmaken.

stay-okay, okay voor jong én oud...

- veel meer rust dan verwacht, drukke verkeersweg, relatief jonge populatie - ligging aan de Maas - redelijk goede bedden - lekker ontbijt

- de douche vind ik echt behelpen, te klein ten opzichte van de grote kamers - automatische lichten, in de nacht kan dat storend zijn - lekker ontbijt maar miste bruin brood!
