Goed hotel voor deze prijs.

Goed restaurant met aardige geste van 10 % korting op de complete rekening.Verrassend grote badkamer (tenminste op de kamer die wij hadden).

Toch wel jammer dat er overdag geen gelegenheid is om gezellig even drankje te nuttigen. Een beetje extra aandacht voor het schilderwerk binnenshuis zou het een wat verzorgder uiterlijk geven.

wij hadden een standaard kamer geboekt, was wel erg klein? Was dit wel de standaard kamer? Parkeerkaart gekocht, 's avonds P vol. Konden auto nog net in een hoekje zetten waar het geen p meer was.Kregen info over diner, maar toen we wilden eten, bleek het vol. Alleen na negenen. Was pretig geweest als men dat bij aankomst had verteld.

Quaint environment, nice atmosphere, very good value for money, helpful staff, would use again.

No elevator, low quality bed (and too soft), somewhat pretentious cuisine (and too much sweet chutney on the duck liver, too much sweet orange jam the crab, too much salt on the beef). Staff very slow in serving and cleaning up after breakfast making it hard to find a spot and get tea in time, i.e. before I was finished.

I am handicapped and the Hotel Huis ter Duin is wheelchair accessible. The staff is very helpful and handicap friendly. Quiet hotel and surroundings.

Unfortunately there is just one handicap room Landside. There is NO handicap room SEAVIEW! For handicapped people it is a bit discriminatory if you have no choice between Land- and Seaview room!

Very nice hotel.It is small enough to have a kind of family atmosphere. I like that, it is like a nice french hotel. It was also a very good location, on the " dutch hill".

Pay extra for parking at the low season. There is enough space so why this fee? Extra income? This is a change for extra service in my opinion! That is the explenation on service = 9.

Parking, nice view from windows, good size pink room. Felt like we were the only ones there (including employees) even though the hotel was completely booked. This proved to be a minus also.

The website description made it seem that it was closer to the beach than it really is. There was no one at the desk most of the day, and no one would come unless we rang the bell several times. We didn't find the access to the garden or sauna. We were really confused about everything, where to park, how to get around the hotel, and there wasn't anyone to answer our questions. The elevator almost crushed my little girl's hand. When the door wants to shut, it shuts!

Goede prijs-/ kwaliteitverhouding, schuur voor de fietsen, advisering voor parkeren, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dicht bij centrum en redelijk dicht bij strand.

Water douche loopt niet weg, gedateerde inrichting, gehorig, geen uitzicht, slappe matrassen op de bedden, niet goed werkende afstandbediening TV.
