- Great beach front location
- This hotel is in a fantastic location right on the beach front in Noordwijk, the shops are around the corner, there are bars and restauarants at either side and you literally walk across the road onto the beach! We didnt get a seaview room as we were on a budget but if you are staying for a few days it would definitely be worth it. We didnt pay for breakfast either but there are plenty of cafes and beach restaurants serving food on the beach. The room wasn't particularly big, but more than comfortable.
- The bar was closed (sunday evening) there was a sign (written in dutch) explaining that they apologise and you could ask at reception for tokens to go to a bar next door and have the 1st drink free of charge. We got given cards for our free drinks but the staff couldnt find the stamp. The bar wouldn't accept them without a stamp, it took us a few trips walking between the hotel and bar before eventually reception rang the bar and confirmed we were genuine. A bit annoying!

- I have already been in this hotel in 2001.
The hotel is in a very pleasant position, in front of the see and very close to the shopping area and the city centre.
It is very quiet and the room I had during my last stay was large and comfortable.
A longer stay would have done me the possibility to better appreciate the hotel qualities.

- The hotel management to its credit resolved our problem quickly by offering a larger room, with ocean view though this was not important to us, for an additional charge of 30 EUR per night. We felt that this was reasonable and we had a very good stay.
The pool/sauna/steam room area was very nice.
- The first room we were assigned to was extremely small (esp for a 5 night stay) and cramped with a double bed. We asked is there was a larger room. there was, but it smelled of liquor. The room's safe did not work reliably, and it was too small for a laptop computer.

- Furnishings and bathroom a bit worn and tired looking but perfectly clean. Gap under the door - so you could hear other people and presumably they could hear you. We asked at reception for directions for a circular bicycle ride and they gave us a very good one - but in Dutch and they had no English version. This would have been very helpful, as on several occasions we had to guess the direction. Also, we had to take the bicycle back each evening by 6pm to the hire shop because they said that the hotel has no secure bicycle storage. This meant that we could not use the bicycles in the evening.

Volume controls on TV were set frustratingly low and made it difficult to hear programmes. Spoke to Reception but were advised that such things were set and controlled centrally and that they could not adjust locally!
High room tariff for the quality of accommodation allocated.

- Positief was zeker de mooie vernieuwde in strandsfeer ingerichte familiekamer op de bovenste etage, met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Fijn dat de kinderen (10 en 12) op dezelfde kamer erbij kunnen en de hond mee mag. Heerlijke bedden en heerlijk ontbijt! Superlocatie tegenover de zee!
- Door de restauratie is het hotel op de eerste en tweede verdieping nu nogal rommelig. De vloeren in die gangen zien er niet zo schoon uit. De kamers vonden wij nogal gehorig, maar niet echt storend.

- Kleine donkere kamer.Kamer bijna geheel gevuld door bed met wel heel zachte matrassen;
Nog kleinere badkamer. Als je doucht loopt het water door de badkamer heen en is en blijft badkamer zeiknat. Voor 1 nacht te overzien, voor langer verblijf echt onaanvaardbaar.
Kamers zonder zeezicht hebben ook echt geen uitzicht

- Super ist die Lage am Meer, da wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hatten, war es einfach spitze. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und mit Kind & Hund ist es dort sehr unkompliziert.
- Die Ausstattung des Zimmers entsprach leider nicht einem 4 Sterne Niveau. Besonders das Bad mit der gammeligen Dusche und ohne Heizung ließ im Dezember einiges zu wünschen übrig. Die Bilder der Zimmer im Internet waren wesentlich ansprechender, als unsere Zimmereinrichtung. Teilweise lösten sich die Deckenplatten.

- Das Zimmer war für den Preis von 150,00 pro Nacht eine Unverschämtheit. Schimmel im Bad! Fenster so verschmiert,dass man kaum Durchblick hatte! Die Betten eine Zumutung und die Einrichtung stammte aus dem Jahr des Hotelbaus. Sehr schade!!!! Keine 4 Sterne wert

- Ligging is echt super. Direct aan de boulevard.
Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Parkeren 15 euro overdekt prima. Spullen kunnen na uitchecken worden achtergelaten in het hotel. Parekeren tot het einde van de uitcheckdag.
- Kamer waren erg gedateerd (kamer 219). Deuren en kozijnen beschadigd. Straalde weining luxe uit. Klein (te zacht) bed, systeemplafonds in kamers. Zeer kleine badkamer met een veel te kleine douche. Mensen met een, meer dan gemiddeld postuur, zouden zich absoluut niet pretig vinden in de douche. Alles wiebelde en zat los (douchekop, beugel in douche.) Wasbak lekte.
Kamer was erg warm,zelfs voor in oktober.
Kortom 120 euro voor 1 nacht slapen in een kamer wat geen luxe uitstraald is veel geld.

- Abends im Hotel sehr laut da alles Holzböden die quitchen,dünne Wände man kann alles hören kaum ruhe gehabt.Matratzen durchgelegen,badezimmer sehr klein,
teppichböden schmutzig.gardinen schmutzig,aussicht in innenhof.Niemahls 4 sterne!!!!!und das für 300,- 3 Nächte
