In the à la carte 'Restaurant Sabor' guests can enjoy savoury international dishes, which are prepared in the open kitchen. The menu is changed each season and 'Sabor' also has an extensive wine list. In the hotel one can also find the restaurants 'Gaudi' and 'Dali', where a 3-course menu is served in buffet style.

Overall good, except from the baby crib and dust

Very friendly staff, nice swimming pool and good location.

A lot of dust on the fabric of the furniture and curtains in the rooms. Baby crib was smelly of urine and the mattress was not in one piece, so during the night it seperated and the baby got to lay on the wooden board.

Would not recommend to others !!

Price of the room and location are good. Easy to find and centrally located.

Room was dirty, dust everywere, sheets were soiled, shower head was broken. Sad part is that they told us we had a upgrade when we checked in... I can't image what a standard room would be like. We had a beautiful view of some air ducts on the roof.

The area is fantastic, inside and around the hotel. I have a very pleasant stay. The easy going staff is a good point, though the quality in the restaurant and bar could be improved. Good point for food. High quality delicious meals served, including breakfast. I could not receive food in the room and the rest closes at 10 pm though. Location. If you are not going by cab, it is difficult to get to the hotel. A reasonable transfer from Leiden Centraal could be in your plans. A better access to internet and computer facilities could be considered, as it is a business hotel.

Some of the reception staff were incredibly rude, for example a female receptionist, first name Joke. I was not the only guest to get this impression. The poor customer service was the only poor point in my stay, but it certainly makes me less likely to stay at that particular hotel.

Als je van grootschaligheid houdt dan zit je hier goed.

"Come in and experience the way you deserve to be treated'. Dat staat levensgroot op het hotel geschreven. Tja, hadden wij het verdiend om meer dan een uur te moeten wachten in de rij alvorens we konden inchecken, om er daar achter te komen dat de kamer nog niet klaar was? Verder, oude croissants, slappe koffie en lauwe jus en een overvolle ontbijtzaal, hadden we dat ook verdiend? Nou ja, volgens NH dus wel ;)

Man wurde kaum bedient und musste fast immer selbst Initiative ergreifen. -alles in allem erwartet man von einem 4*-Hotel mehr

24/25/26 december lifemuziek niet om aan te horen als achtergrondmuziek. Te eenzijdig wanneer je langer in het hotel verblijft. Te laag niveau voor de klasse van dit hotel. Voorstel een leuk strijkje zodat je met elkaar kunt blijven praten en verstaan tijdens de kerstdiners. Kwaliteit van het eten vonden wij minder dan vorig jaar. Minder variatie en over het algemeen was het vlees te droog.

zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ontbijt en diner in hotel zeer goed van kwaliteit en bijzonder. kamers zeer luxe je wordt er gewoon verwent super hotel voor herhaling vatbaar!!! En op zondag hoef je pas om 16.30u je kamer uit te checken

als je aan de keuken kant op de 1E tega slaapt dan hoor je de gehele nacht de ventilatiemoter lopen ,dat hebben we gemeld na de eerste nacht en dat namen ze aan als een serieuse klacht. netjes van het hotel.
