An excellent hotel in a wonderful scenary.
*my tipI would recommend all the guests to rent a bike (10 euro, from the hotel) and explore the surroundings. Everything is amazing and the dutch people are among the nicest people we have ever met.

Good value for money, but....
+
Nice and quiet. Easy car parking.
–
No direct phone. Only an 08 number via Madrid(?). Takes 5 minutes to get through. Very bad for emergency contact. Laminate bedroom floor. No temperature control for room. Hot water at dangerously high temperature. Breakfast - poor for American, OK for Dutch i.e. ham&kaas and fruit.

Overall good
+
Overall impression of the hotel is good and the room was nice and clean
The Hotel is fairly priced for a 4 star hotel
The location is in the middle of nowhere, but great for day trips
–
Long waiting period for check - in / check out (only 2-3 people at the front desk is not sufficient for a hotel with more than 500 beds)
The Breakfast was poor (limited choice and nearly no service)

Good base for seeing Holland
+
This hotel served as a good base for us to explore Holland. Whilst it's clearly used to catering for business conferences etc. this hotel is fine if you need a relatively cheap and clean hotel. It's not going to win any prizes on the romance front but it's quiet and the staff are good. It's near the very nice seaside town of Noordwijk and there's a nearby local train station for getting into Amsterdam etc. FREE PARKING! This is a big bonus compared with ridiculous prices in Amsterdam.

Overall good, except from the baby crib and dust
+
Very friendly staff, nice swimming pool and good location.
–
A lot of dust on the fabric of the furniture and curtains in the rooms.
Baby crib was smelly of urine and the mattress was not in one piece, so during the night it seperated and the baby got to lay on the wooden board.
