Hotel de klokbeker is situated in Norg in the North of Drenthe, centrally between the cities of Groningen, Assen and Drachten. Ideally located for making day trips.The TT circuit of Assen, a famous racetrack, is just a 15 minutes drive away. In this vibrant student city are many entertainment venues, cultural venues and museums, such as the Groninger Museum, where often challenging exhibits are being held. In the immediate vicinity of Norg you can enjoy the natural beauty. You can visit the famous 'hunebedden' (dolmen), which were built by the prehistoric natives of this area. The huge boulders were dragged bij glaciers during the iceage and finally stranded in Drenthe.
