Cheap but great hotel in the middle of Rotterdam

This hotel is smack in the middle of Rotterdam city center. Right behind it is a Metro station and it is walking distance from the Central train Station. It is situated perfectly.

Rooms are very very small! Check in took a long time. Room was hot and street noise at night. My internet didn't work but they would give me no refund! This isn't a hotel you spend more than one night in. Someone tried to sell me drugs in front of the hotel.
