City hotel for sleeping

It´s well located, near from the city center and well comunicated. The staff is very friendly.

They did not clean the bathroom during my stay and I noticed they touched some of the items I had over the desk.

Location in city center. Quiet street. Parking house Zalmstraat (Erasmus bridge) close by.

We hebben voor dit hotel gekozen op aanraden van vrienden, die zeiden dat het personeel perfect was en dat het hotel midden in het centrum lag. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wat je normaal gesproken verwacht in een hotel met 4 sterren. Bij check in werden onze verwachtingen helemaal overtroffen. Daarom een 10+ voor de Service. Perfect hotel voor een avondje gay-stappen in rotterdam!!

Met nieuwe meubels in de ontbijtruimte en een likje verf hier en daar zouden jullie voor de kamers het dubbele kunnen vragen!

staff helpful, let us leave cases in luggage room after we checked out so we could enjoy our last few hours! Hotel quite near the centre, just a few minutes walk to maritime museum and a 15 minute walk to shopping and nighlife

you cant get the lift to or from reception, which means you have to carry suitcase up a flight of stairs, check in then carry them up another flight of stairs!The lift only goes from the rooms to entrance. The rooms are REALLY small, we could barely fit our suitcases in! Check in is not unitl2pm, which is later then most hotels!

Good location near bars and restaurants. Parking was easy to find in erasmusbrug bridge parking garage. Staff friendly and helpful. We were given a clear explanation and map to help find the garage.

Bathroom shower curtain was a bit disgusting. Needed a paint job in the rooms. Hospital opposite the hotel has early morning deliveries.

The location close to downtown and traiffic connections was good - also the environment was silent even it was close to main streets. As a summary the hotel is good for the people who are looking for accommodation and have daily activities out of the hotel - good place to be overnight couple of days

Dicht bij centrum, rustige omgeving, vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel, heerlijk ontbijt.

niet duur en het ontbijt was prima en de bedden waren goed.

beetje achteraf, het toilet stonk naar urine en er is een douchegordijn die aldoor tegen je aan wil plakken, dat vind ik echt uit de tijd, waarom geen plexi wandje? geen koelkastje. maar voor een nachtje is het wel te doen hoor. de kraan bij de wastafel heeft echt een ontkalkingsbeurt nodig, water ging alle kanten op. de matrassen waren goed maar ik had het 's nachts wel een beetje koud, de dekbedden waren erg dun

Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ideaal om na een concert te blijven slapen zoals wij hebben gedaan. Metrohalte op 2 minuten loopafstand.

Net hotel

de kamer was keurig in orde, netjes en schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk

ontbijt vonden wij iets minder. Bij binnenkomst werd ons onmiddelijk gevraagd "bent u een roker"! Als roker weten we best dat we in een hotel niet mogen roken. (zullen wij ook nooit doen) Dit werd ons dan ook op een botte manier gezegd. Rokers weten best wat wel of niet kan.
