The Maritime Hotel Rotterdam has a 5-star location at the Maas river and the Erasmusbrug (bridge). Near the hotel you can take the Spido and the Fast Ferry boat to Dordrecht and by subway or tram you can easily reach the city centre, the Kuip (Feijenoord stadium), the Central Station and Ahoy (exhibition and concert hall).

The 3-star Maritime Hotel has a wonderful location with a view over the Erasmusbrug and the Maas river in Rotterdam. Near the hotel you can take the tram or subway, which enable you to swiftly reach destinations such as Rotterdam Central Station, the Nieuwe Luxor Theater (new Luxor theatre), football stadium De Kuip and Ahoy. In front of the hotel you can take the Fast Ferry towards the city of Dordrecht or the watertaxi and the well known Spido, which is a fun boat tour along the impressive Rotterdam harbour.

The Maritime Hotel was built in the year 2000 on top of the 'Zeemanshuis', a communal monument. This unique piece of architecture houses 165 comfortable rooms, which are equipped with a television, free in-house movie channels, radio and an alarm clock. Most of the rooms have a private shower and toilet. In the hotel there are also a bar, a restaurant and a (souvenir)shop.

Good location

Excellant location, next to tram stop and close to the metro. Brilliant views if you have a river view room of the river and bridge. Good to have breakfast included.

Good location with secure parking nearby. Clean & tidy with very comfy bed and very quiet, although we only stayed one night, during the week. Don't know about the breakfast cause we were too late; slept too well!

Very simple hotel which tends to be used by shipping people, so quite a few single men staying for short periods. Not really suitable for families, but one or a few nights would be okay.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the center and in front of the Erasmusbrug. The room and the bathroom have heaters that you can regulate, also the temperature of the shower's water. The breakfast is a normal continental breakfast, it's alright, except for the coffee >.< The internet is free for guests, but you can not connect any divice to them. They have special room to keep your luggage safe after the check-out.

We had to pay right after the check-in, so we couldn't see the room before paying for it. Our room had no view at all. You could hear other door rooms noisily closing. Anyhow, we had a very pleasant stay in Maritime Hotel.

Affordable, clean and a good location.

Very unhelpful staff on desk [we were cold, hungry and tired and just wanted a coffee and a sandwich before retiring for the evening - even a cold drink and a packet of crisps would have sufficed.] - but no provision for food/drink of any kind at 10:15 p.m. We were fobbed off from cafe staff to desk staff to cafe staff - no one wanted to help. Also unable to help us at all with parking problems. Closest garage closed and our credit card was not accepted via chip/pin. If the hotel had a chip/pin card which could be used for this purpose and then we paid the hotel for use of said card, it would have helped a great deal. Put simply, the lack of service meant that we decided to stay at another hotel on our return to Rotterdam 5 days later.

Good location : just next to spido boats for a tour in the port, just next to the tram/metro to reach shops of city center (where parking is 2,5 times more expansive !!!), and at walking distance for going out in a bar/restaurant in witte whitse street. Very clean

The hotel is located in the new and futuristic building. The staff is polite and friendly. All rooms are opened not with the keys, but with magnetic cards. The room has a locked closet where you may keep your luggage safely. There are smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms; be sure you book the right one for you, for us it was a lot of fun to smoke in the fireman's exit and then solve the labirynth, trying to get out, because the door was impossible to open from the outside. Huge breakfast is included. The hotel has only 3 stars but I would give it all 4.
