Breakfast is included in the roomprice and is served on weekdays between 06:00 and 09:30 h. and in the weekend between 07:00 h and 09:30 h. Hotel Turkuaz does not have its own restaurant but the surroundings offer numerous restaurants, for example in the (old) harbour district. Coffee and tea facilities are including the room price.

Good free and fast internet. Good tv with many channels. Warm. Open Windows. Friendly staff.

The cleaning staff were smoking in the hotel public places and sometimes in the rooms although it was forbiden. Many times no one cared about preparing or refilling breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet has nothing to do with the pictures in the site. VERY THIN WALLS. You can hear everything near and up other rooms.

Failed to meet expectations.

Close to centraal station. Staff were civil.

Room not as described (there were 2 single beds instead of 1 double, there was no safe and no radio). Bathroom was unclean with broken fixtures. Burn marks on the duvet and duvet cover - it looked as though perhaps the cover had not been changed. Staff were civil. Draconian house rules. Breakfast was mediocre with limited choice. The public areas of the hotel looked as expected, however the rooms and corridors were shabby.

Fairly close to center

Unacceptable service. Blunt and rude night portier. Dirty rooms and terrible breakfast. In general not worth the money, even though it was cheap. It has absolutely nothing positive about it.

Little price reduction and better entertainment means more business

Very near to central station. Tea/Coffee available 24 hours.

Cost is bit higher as compared to similar type of hotels. It shold be around 70-75 Euro/Day instead of prevailing 90 Euro/Day.Pay channel is not availble.Massage facilities might be offered.Many tourist are looking for all these.

Really lovely, helpful staff and a fabulous (free) hot drinks machine available 24/7 made for a memorable stay. The location is excellent, just 6-7 minutes walk from Central Station. Very clean and tidy, too. It was difficult to obtain access to the wifi, but as long as you are prepared to keep on trying and also moving around your computer in your room, you should eventually be able to get on to the network.

Quite a cramped room - but this is reflected in the price.

Good breakfast/ free coffee. One member of the staff was real entertaining/ forthcoming with opinions when engaged. Elevator with its Turkish tiled walls should be a Rotterdam tourist attraction.

Ok hotel, very bad hygiene

Nice bed & room. Good television. Lot of hot water, nice shower.

Sunday morning, around 7 a'clock, 3 young boys, which knows the staff, came and had breakfast. They where very bad, and they had their fingers all over the food, throwing the food around. It was a very bad experience. I think this experience will make me not to come back again, hence we dont know if people like that is eating at the hotel on a regular basis. Same day, all the bread was to old, the bread was full of mould.

I got a great deal online, compared to the listed price at the hotel. I even found that the online price went down closer to the date of my stay. And since this great site has no booking fee, I just canceled my original reservation and made another one at the lower price. Ultimately the 90 euro triple was a 65 euro triple. Nothing beats the feeling that you got a deal!

The owners look like homeless bums and the wireless is not 100% reliable.

Great location : close to center city, central train station. Good breakfast.

Service : I have ordered a taxi to go to the airport at 6:15 am. While waiting, the hotel's receptionist called the taxi company to cancel my order and call a taxi friend of his(in dutch). But "my" cab came anyway because it wasn't the first time an order was cancelled by this hotel. The receptionist yelled to the driver to go away and asked me to wait for another taxi which was coming soon. But I took the cab. During the ride, the driver explained to me the whole story : my order, cancelled by the hotel... Happily, I did not miss my plane.

10 minutes walk from city centre. breakfast very basic but plentiful and adequate.

no radion in room. no tea/coffee facilities in room. safe did not operate in room and they would not fix it even though I asked them. they would wash down the entrance to the hotel but not dry it causing a slipping hazard which contavenes health and safety.

Very quiet location with easy access to the centre of Rotterdam. Good parking facilities on the adjacent roads, although you have to buy a Chip card to pay for parking during the day.

The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Service was shockingly poor. Problems with faulty lights and TV in the bedroom were not fixed even after informing the reception 3 times. The staff smoke everywhere, and family/friends of the owner were smoking in the breakfast room every morning. Internet connection was very weak so don't expect to get any work done if you reply on the internet.

this hotel receives couples (gay and hetero) for hours, it was not certanly what we expected. No air conditioner, you have to pay in advance.

It's a little hotel at 15 minutes by walk to the center. I read very bad review but i however had my prenotation. Well, the price/quality is right only because price is low (55¤/night). Hygiene is near sufficient, bath very little (fortunately not smelly like in the reviews!!!), room very very little but, in the ned, if you are looking for a cheap accomodation near the center, you can stay here (not more than 2 nights! :) ). If there is not better...

All can be better, but if you don't have money, take it!
