Won't stay there again
  • + Comfortable, quiet, friendly staff, reasonably priced, good location.
  • – Not a good experience. First, they couldn't find my hotels.nl reservation and claimed they were full, but gave me a room when I showed them the print-out of my confirmation. Then they wanted to charge me a higher rate than my reservation agreement. Bathroom was dirty, no restaurant on premises or in neighbourhood, their internet is rediculously expensive at 22 euros/day, and they charge extra for the hotel shuttle bus.

great stay, centre hoofddorp is quiete close and airport at 10 minutes
  • + upgrading . Het was een prima kamer voor 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen.voor 112 euro all in is dat prima !!! taxiservice naar vliegveld bedden uitstekend
  • – raam dat niet open kan, al was het maar op een kiertje. kraan werkte lastig , om van douche naar bad over te schakelen.Ik had al bij eerdere commentaren gelezen dat anderen ook dit probleempje hadden.

Convenient accessible hotel
  • + we've stayed here before as it is convenient to visit family nearby. It is easily accessible by rail, car and from the airport. There is no noise from roads/rail outside. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, and good value. The spa and bar are nice.

  • – two couples in dining room at 9.30 pm including us and I order a well done steak and it comes out very rare at which point they offer to recook another but the magic has gone and my wife finishes her meal in silence and I starve till we can get another meal but it turns out that the local village has all places to eat closed so its back to the room and stuff dry bread that we had in the fridge! Apart from a 5 star hotel with only two customers in the dining room cocking up the order everthing else was fine ...ruined what was a nice but short and expensive for us holiday

  • + Convenient hotel. After delayed flight it was good to just hop onto the airport shuttle. I was visiting in Hoofddorp, so location convenient. It's a bit out of the way for amsterdam though. Nice to have a spa. We had room 215, which was at the end and therefore very spacious. Am used to Amsterdam prices, and this is much cheaper for similar quality.

  • – We had our dinner at the hotel's restaurant. One of the waitresses was very rude. We took some pepper mints from the counter before ordering the meals just because i love sweets, and then strangely she just took the whole bowl of pepper mints away and whispered something to the other waiter. Maybe I took it personally, but I think what she did was impolite.

  • – We find it very strange to pay 15 euro per day extra for the parking space. We arived in a group of 33 persons with 5 cars and still we are requested to pay extra. If this was the centre of Amsterdam this is understandable !!!!
