- upgrading . Het was een prima kamer voor 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen.voor 112 euro all in is dat prima !!!

- Convenient accessible hotel
- we've stayed here before as it is convenient to visit family nearby. It is easily accessible by rail, car and from the airport. There is no noise from roads/rail outside. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, and good value. The spa and bar are nice.

- Convenient hotel. After delayed flight it was good to just hop onto the airport shuttle. I was visiting in Hoofddorp, so location convenient. It's a bit out of the way for amsterdam though. Nice to have a spa. We had room 215, which was at the end and therefore very spacious. Am used to Amsterdam prices, and this is much cheaper for similar quality.

- The servive at the concierge was very nice and helpful.
- We had our dinner at the hotel's restaurant. One of the waitresses was very rude. We took some pepper mints from the counter before ordering the meals just because i love sweets, and then strangely she just took the whole bowl of pepper mints away and whispered something to the other waiter. Maybe I took it personally, but I think what she did was impolite.

- Beautifully appointed rooms with very helpful staff. The exterior and grounds were lovely and well maintained. We had a most enjoyalbe stay and wish it could have been longer.

- Het bed in de juniorsuite was tweepersoons en sliep lekker. Kamer was heel compleet met fohn, broekenpers en zelfs een strijkplank met bout. Ik heb het niet gebruikt, maar toch handig dat dat er is.
- Bij aankomst wilde ik de kamer alvast cash betalen en moest ook nog een deposit neerleggen van 50 euro. Dit vond ik zwaar overdreven, bovendien had ik dat geld niet bij me. Dat ik dat nog 's avonds zou betalen, als de tweede persoon arriveerde was ook niet ok. Ik moest dus expres naar de bank om geld te halen. Dat vond ik echt héél vervelend. Dit hotel behandelt mensen zonder creditcard echt heel vervelend.
Wat ook vervelend is, is dat je geen wifi op de kamer hebt. Je moet daarvoor in de lobby gaan zitten. En ook daar moet je wederom met je creditcard betalen, anders is internet niet mogelijk. Het is toch absurd dat ik dat niet contant kan betalen.
Wat ook vervelend is is dat er in het bad geen handdouche is, je kunt je niet van dichtbij afspoelen. Er komt één grote douchekop uit de wand en met de andere kraan vult het nogal kleine bad.
Toen ik er zat zat er een bacterie in het water en was het water uit de kraan niet drinkbaar. Dit heb ik moeten vernemen van een briefje in de lift, ik vind dat dat expliciet vermeld had moeten worden bij inchecken en dat er dan zeker 2 liter flessenwater op de kamer moet staan wat gratis gebruikt kan worden.

- Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel in het restaurant ook !
- De hotelreceptie was niet op de hoogte van onze komst ! ze zaten helemaal vol. Gelukkig hadden we onze reservering geprint bij ons ! Toen kregen we een duurdere kamer op een afgesloten afdeling ; dat heeft echter steeds tot problemen geleid ; ze zeiden oa tegen onze dochter, die in amsterdam studeerd en vroeg hoe het werkte om met de lift bij de afgesloten etage te komen ; "daar mag u helemaal niet komen...! Het personeel aan de balie was ook erg langzaam en onprofessioneel; Mijn man had zijn telefoon oplader vergeten; na veel gedoe werd zijn telefoon aan een oplader gelegd en is er (blijkbaar) door iemand anders weer uitgetrokken....! Mijn man "mocht 'm zelf weer pakken was er gezegd maar toen hij dat deed werd hij afgesnauwd; "werkt u hier soms"werd er gezegd...Slechte zaak
