Nice, affordable airport hotel

Very nice hotel. Nice bathroom - heated mirrors are a nice touch. Beds are comfortable. Was not able to eat the free breakfast but it's nice that's it was included. Free use of computers/internet was great. Staff was very nice. Free shuttle to/from hotel at regular times is appreciated. Price was great.

A few things in the room should be cleaned - there was some gross stuff on the ceiling and also what appeared to be mildew in the corners of the tub.

We liked this hotel.

The rooms are very clean, and the beds very comfortable. Quiet- no noise from airplanes. Excellent park across the road for long walks or jogging, biking, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet.Convenient- free bus to airport & train, then 15-20 minutes to downtown station.

The service was superb. The staff went out of the way to serve you. The fitness centre was very good. The breakfast was good. general ambience was cery fine. Airport shuttle was very useful.I could do work comfortably with internet which was free. The bed was very comfortable.I travelled with my wife and it was a pleasant stay for both

The room was too cool and the temperature adjustment was not sufficient. Even when ac was shut off room was cold. The menu can have more vegetarian items ( south asian)

Nice, quite new hotel. Booked the family summer deal on hotels.nl and got a junior suite incl breakfast for all four us for EUR138. + tax. Shuttle bus staff was very helpful.

LInes at check-in were quite long, but waiting seems to be a favorite way to spend time in Europe in general.

The beds with a feather mattress on top are very comfortable, relaxes my body and eases the pain in my both knees. We slept straight away. The Nespresso Coffee machine is a big big plus!!! Well done, I promise you we will come back for the weekend if the price is still right. A pity we did not make use of the free shuttle service Airport - Hotel - Airport and also using the gym, as this was my prime preference to choose your hotel. Next time we will!!

The breakfast could be more varieties added. We are always looking forward for a Dutch breakfast, as to us they are the best. TV and TV channels could be improved. There are no drawers at all in the bedrooms.

Excellent hotel nice staff

As usual the staff were pleasant and friendly to me and the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Just one small point: While having breakfast I noticed a couple were told that they could not sit in a particular area, which is fair enough; but the staff member should have helped them to find somewhere else to sit instead of just saying you can not sit there. It was very busy at the time and tables were hard to find. If it were me I would have felt a bit angry at being treated this way.

Nice and comfortable room. Very hygiene. On-time shuttle bus. Well done, Dorint Hotel and keep it up.

Very limited choice for dining. I booked for 3 nights but upon checked-in they informed me that i only booked for 1 night. However, the mistake was rectified immediately. Upon check-out, the amount charged by Dorint was different than what confirmed in the internet booking by Euro 50. However, the duty manager agreed to reduce to the rate as per the internet booking.

Hotel bus is infrequent given the hotel price I would have expected one at least every 15 mins. No wifi in hotel rooms. This is one of the few business hotels that I stay in in Europe without in room wifi. Business travellers don't carry network cables around with them any more! Lack of instructions for the coffee making machine was a pain. Also no bottle opener in the room necessitating a call to get one brought up. Little snags like these can ruin a stay.

The rooms are very noisy. So you can hear every plane that comes flying over. The service was bad. The reception told me explicitly that I had to get certain product myself. First tootbrush kit, second UTP cable to be able to use the internet in the room. A girl with red hair was an absolute stunner and very friendly!

Clean and comfortable. Good sized rooms and all-round very nice.

Noise in the bar area could be turned down a bit. We drank mainly in the lobby area, where service, though very polished and no trouble getting you what you wanted, was just a little on the slow side at times. Would love to see it go ' no-smoking' in the lobby area.

Lovely comfortable rooms with everything you want, beds a particular plus ! Handy for the airport, shuttle bus - limited hours (you would not want to arrive very late at night, taxi will not take you there !) Excellent choice of restaurants and good quality food. Front desk, reception staff very freindly and helpful. I was up-graded to an excecutive room which was very comfortable. The food and staff in the sports bar were excellent.

Fabulous hotel with excellent facilities and comfortable rooms. The bike hire was excellent too with new well maintained bikes.

We had great difficulties getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel after the hotel bus has stopped for the evening. None of the taxi drivers would take us because it was such a short journey. They all said they didn't know where it was despite being given the full address and they had sat navigation. This is a real problem which needs addressing please.

Near to airport.

Service very poor, there was a mix up with the charging of the account, as an asthmatic I needed non feather pillows/duvets which they were very reluctant not to supply, finally got one blanket very late in the evening which was thrown on the floor of the room, put into a smoking room which was NOT highlighted on your website (in England standard room is non-smoking) - you need to make this clear on your website. VERY poor service.

Small error in final bill, booked online for 135 Eur, appeared as 195 eur on final bill but was quickly resolved.
