Centrally located hotel with a good breakfast

Very close to the station and Jaarbeurs. Friendly staff and great views from the rooms on the higher floors. The breakfast (included in the special price for the room which makes a nice change!) was also good. Large room with kettle and flat screen TV.

The decor was a little dated, but nothing else of note. Some people seemed unable to operate the lifts, just stick your keycard in the slot until the light turns green!

Good quality, parking unusually expensive

Good location near train station and center of city but nevertheless quiet.

Parking in Utrecht (hotel and otherwise) is overpriced, currently costing as much as 29 EUR per day depending upon location. (This hotel reported a rate of 22 EUR for guests at the structure next door which normally charges 24 EUR/day.) Since this is a substantial added daily expense, this information needs to be added to the hotel description so that it can be factored into total cost in advance.

When room service made an error, they were quick to correct it, bringing me my breakfast within 10 minutes.

reception staff is not very friendly or helpful, my room was not really clean (for instance there was still coffee in the coffeemugs), it was clear that housekeeping had done a rushjob. Nobody helped with the suitcase.

The hotel is just a few meters far from the train station of Utrecht, as well as the Jaarberus premises. It was a very big and comfortable room and everything was clean. In addition, when we arrived late in the night we had problems with de card key but the hotel staff was kind and fast in solving that problem. It was a pity to have no enough time to enjoy more the bedroom!

In a double room, as usual, the beds are separated. You can ask for one big bed but that increase the price.

TV signal was not very well and my wife and I perfer showercabins but in most hotels on this level there is a bath with showercurtains. What we do not like because this curtain always want a shower too when you're under the shower (I hope you understand what I mean).But I have to say this looks a clean showercurtains.

The cleaning staff, at least the one doing my room, didn´t speak English. Very narrow shower and also the toilet was placed in a way that makes it hard to sit comfortably. No breakfast included in the room price and no free parking.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The Hotel is close to the station.

I would prefere Breakfast not to be included in the room price as I often leave to early to eat it. the queue culture at receiption is apalling and very anouyin when one has a tight scheduel. Having stayed in the Hotel several times I find it irritaing to have to fill out a card every time I stay there as you never have a record of me.

Location is good and comfort level is good. 20th floor pub/restaurant (when one finally got there) had great views.

Two working elevators for a big hotel with the breakfast buffet on the 20th floor was a reason for me to skip the buffet. It took a long time to go up and down and in the end I decided to take the stairs. People were complaining all over the place about the slow-moving elevators. Internet access expensive!!

Good room, comforable bed, efficent friendly reception staff. Restaurant food very good, choice and quality.

Restaurant meal was spoiled by cold draft from air con. and a lot of table moving as guests left after their meal. Lift capacity resulted in 10 min wait to get down from 11th floor. This is due to the breakfast room being on the top floor and the resultant up and down traffic. Lift programme also wasted stops as even when full lift stopped at all foors where called. This only frustrates customers in the lift and those who called the lift being greeted with repeated full lifts. Broken shaving mirror. Why not fix it? Broadband over priced.
