NH Centre Utrecht is located in a characteristic building in the centre of Utrecht at the 'Janskerkhof' (a pleasant historical site). Excellent location, comfortable and warm ambient.

Perhaps a little bit better cleaning and vacuuming under the beds would help to get better the hygiene score. But the bathroom was very clean. Good shower and water pressure ok!

Good location, easy to get to and a very good, clean and quiet room.

The room was incredibly warm and the fan just recirculated hot air. I opened the window but my room was right next to the roof air conditioning unit for the ground floor, so every time it switched on I was woken up. This needs to be sorted out or guests will not plan to return. I certainly will not.

goede keus voor bezoek aan de stad utrecht als je van sfeer houdt.

leuke kamer, goede ligging tov centrum utrecht. badkamer wat klein/ moet groter kunnen gezie ruime kamer.. verlichting kamer minimaal qua sterkte, boek lezen wat lastig. leuke ontbijtlokatie, goede kerstsfeer.

Op zich prima, met meer personeel zou dit perfect kunnen zijn!

Ligging bijna midden in het centrum, 19e eeuws pand gecombineerd met moderne inrichting. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Te weinig personeel, hier moeten ze echt iets aan doen! a. 1 persoon beschikbaar tijdens spitsuur bij uitchecken geeft onaanvaardbaar lange wachttijden in een toch al uiterst krappe lobby en b. 2 personen beschikbaar tijden spitsuur bij het ontbijt leidt tot een tekort aan voedsel (vooral de eieren met spek) en een wat chaotisch geheel v.w.b. de zitting, bestek, placemats e.d. Op zich een prima hotel, maar tijdens het ontbijt waren dit toch de duurste 2 broodjes die ik ooit gegeten heb!

Ligt prachtig in het centrum. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

De verlichting in de kamer was heel erg donker en in de badkamer ook. Ontbijt in het cafe ernaast was redelijk. De theeglazen waren niet heel schoon en de smoothie werd geserveerd in een schenkfles zonder handvat. Gevolg je grijpt in het yoghurt fruit mengesel dat over de fles naar beneden sijpelt. De prijs was aan de hoge kant als je kijikt wat je ervoor krijgt.

Mooie, luxueuze kamer! Voor zover je kan zien zeer schoon en goed verzorgd. Mooie, hoge ramen met leuk uitzicht op pleintje ervoor. Bedden sliepen heerlijk, en het was goed donker als de gordijnen dicht waren!

Doordat we het niet specifiek aangevraagd hadden, kregen we geen tweepersoonsbed, maar 2 losse éénpersoonsbedden. Deze stonden tegen elkaar aangeschoven, maar waren zo licht, dat we ze uiteindelijk met een tafel en een stoel vastgeklemd hebben om ze niet uit elkaar te laten schuiven! Douche ging continu van te heet naar te koud, personeel leek het niet veel te doen. En er lag een laag stof op een randje ergens boven.

deugdelijk

Wij hebben de service als zeer prettig ervaren. Wij hadden geboekt in het andere hotel van NH te Utrecht en dit was al vol. Zonder probleem mochten wij gaan logeren in de toren bij het station. Erg fijn!

Wat me werkelijk van het hart moet is dat de koffie bij het ontbijt erg beneden pijl was. Dat vond ik echt een domper op de ontbijt vreugde. Graag hier iets aan doen!
