You appear to have installed TempurPedic matresses. They were much more comfortable than the ones we slept on at this establishment the previous times we've stayed there. Vast improvement! Thank you!!! By the way, we always enjoy the generous breakfast.

helaas huur je een bed om op te slapen, echter je krijgt een houten plank om op te liggen. Navraag bij de receptie leert dat ALLE kamers voorzien zijn van een vast bed met daarin een MDF plank en een lullig matrasje erop. Na een uurtje hierop liggen ben je 't aardig zat. Positief is wel dat je van het hotel een 2de matras mag pakken van een andere kamer.

service at check in could be better. No "good morning, welcome to Ibis...." or anything like that. Just a star and waiting for the guest to speak. Same at check out. No inquiring whether I liked the stay and whether it was good or not. Ran out of soap in the bathroom. This does not seem to be checked by the cleaning ladies as part of the regular routine. Cook should learn how to prepare union soup. I got a broth with freshly chopped union rings thrown in. The rings where still hard and crisp when served. Staff apologized and offered a free drink to make up for it. Rest of the dinner was very good.

I thought the breakfast was very minimal. Scrambled egg which tasted like cardboard and bacon that was cold. The coffee was undrinkable. Shame 'cos the rest was O.K.

many thanks to the staff in Ibis hotel and i belive if they can improve thier services by supplying safe box in rooms and fridge also this will be great also i recommend to provide tea and coffee in rooms as the location of the hotel is far away from the city center

I thought the beds were very small. I;m not a tall person but my feet poking out of the bottom of the bed.
It's a long way from anywhere if you are not driving. I can by train on a Sunday night and there were no taxis at the station so it was a long work late at night to find the hotel....
