NH Hotel als basis voor vrienden-weekend in Zandvoort

Hartelijke ontvangst, attente receptie, prima lokatie dicht bij centrum, strand en Kennemer Duinen. Ruime kamer, goede en gezellige bar, riant ontbijtbuffet en parkeren achter het hotel zorgen dat je je gauw thuis voelt.

Prijs ontbijtbuffet €19 is wel wat hoog.

overview of all the staff esp. the desk receptionist = very friendly, answered all questions with a smile even in a stressy situation.

The hotel room mini bar is not functioning we need to go out first of our room to get some ice cubes! But i think you can do something about this!

Beds were really comfortable. Room very clean and tidy.

A little pricey for out of season especially with the amount of competition. I should have haggled. Room had no tea/coffee facility ... but had I asked I am sure I could have got a tea/coffee from the restaurant area in the evening as staff were always around and contactable.

Great break - we'll be back!

This is a family-run hotel and the family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is less than five minutes' walk from the seafront, about the same from the town centre, and the train station was right behind the hotel. There were four trains an hour - two to Haarlem and two which continued on to Amsterdam. The service ran until past midnight, so it was possible to have a night out in either city. There was no inconvenience from the noise because they were very quiet modern locomotives. Our room was small but adequate, and it had a very pleasant balcony. The hotel has not got a car park, but provided a free parking pass which allowed us to park in the station car park, the street alongside the hotel or in other nearby streets. We will certainly return.

Great value and location-away from the crowds

Room was spacious for Europe, clean, breakfast good. Front desk staff very helpful on bus info into Amsterdam. Easy walk to Keukenhof.

Prices in dining room for dinner too high and service slow and uninterested. We went into Lisse proper the second night and had excellent dinner and prices at a cafe.

De moeite waard

dicht bij zee vriendelijk personeel

s-avonds in de bar nog wat drinken, viel erg tegen. Na 1 drankje vond de barman het wel genoeg denken we, hij vergat ons voortdurend en zijn tenslotte maar naar onze kamer gegaan. Wij denken dat hij er niet zo'n zin meer in had! Dit was ook het enige minpuntje.

The mattress in our room was serious old and saggy. The carpet on the floors was orange and therefore stains were visible. The bathroom had limited air ventilation so it took a while for it to dry
